SINCE WE ARE NOT SELLING YOU ANYTHING WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE LIST FOR THE DNC SO YOU HAVE TO TELL US.
WE ARE LICENSED AND NEED TO ABIDE BY THE DNC AS LONG AS THE CUSTOMER TELLS US.

You obviously did not correctly read the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Compliance does not mean that you get to bite the apple first and then return it to the pushcart only when someone complains. You get no excuse for repeated "peekaboo" calls which fail to transmit accurate Caller ID. You absolutely invite complaints when you refuse to obey "no-call" demands and even vengefully increase the call volume. You don't get to decide that blathering about what "this company is offering" is not the same as sales or *facilitating* sales.
