Catamaran Rx refill reminder service. Out of the blue started calling several times a day (as early as 6:00am and as late as 8:30pm). I finally got tired of the calls so I called the number back and a recording in a female voice says "Hello, thank you for calling in to receive an important healthcare reminder from Catamaran Rx". Then asks for your telephone number and the year you were born. The message then said that one of my medications was due for a refill and they could help me with that (they knew the name and dosage of the medicine). Wanted to know if I had already had it refilled and at that point I hung up. I'm not signed up for any of their services so I'm not sure why they are calling so frequently. Am going to call Catamaran and ask that they stop whatever service this is
I keep getting phone calls from this number as well. I have called Catamaran at least 9 times to ask that my number be removed. I have NEVER ordered from their mail order pharmacy.
I don't know why Catamaran RX is calling you so much. They call me if I am a day late getting a prescription refilled to remind me to refill and also say they can connect me to my pharmacy to help facilitate the refill. It's a service provided by your insurance. It can be annoying .
