Got a call from this number that it was my final notice and they were filing a lawsuit against me. I called back they answered immeidately and seemed to have my name, address, phone number. I told them I think this is a scam and the guy said ok if I think so hang up. Then I said give me the details you have and he hung up.

IRS I owe them money. I actually called them back to give them hell. The person answered as the IRS and when I called him out and told him he was not the IRS he said that he knew that and hung up.
