Who called from 4126970992

Called our numbers several times.  Nobody on the other end when answered.  We are on the "do not call" list.  No message if unanswered.

Can some one suggest what we can do to report this number? He keeps calling my work number everyday. When I call back it hangs up.. Is this a hacker?

Same thing -- happened to me, and my office mate earlier today.  Very strange.
