Scammer recruiter tried to get me to send my resume, said he was it on monster.com, asked him what the job was so that I could decide if I wanted to apply. Asked for my social security number said he needed it for background check told him that I wasnt giving it out without getting a full name and company info, hung up on me on the spot. I suspect this is a "recruiting" scammer trying to steal personal info. Jobseekers beware.
