Call from 412-723-5574 caller ID said "anthem plan". Robo-message said it was my Anthem blue cross blue shield plan caling to gather important information and to call 1-855-439-7478. This 855 number was no longer in service. Called the 412 number. It asked for the number the message was left at, then asked me to confirm my birthdate. That's when I hung up!
