They must have rented a whole block of numbers - some massive bucket shop, no doubt.

These numbers are SPOOF CALLS (ELECTRONICALLY MUNIPULATED PHONE CALLS MADE TO LOOK LIKE THERE COMING FROM ANOTHER SOURCE)FROM THE SPINELESS DEBT COLLECTORS AT NCO FINANCIAL,507 Prudential Road, Horsham, Pa, 19044. Phone numbers (800) 220-2274, (215) 441-3000, (800) 550-9619 and (866) 269-8669.  Manufacturer Spoofcards, Teltech Systems, 1433 Hooper Ave, Suite 129, Toms River, NJ 08753. Phone 800-964-8450.  Sent Cease and Decease letter.  If they persist take them to court.

We have had 12 calls in 8 days from these people.  Always a 412-773-85??.  We don't answer but they are very bothersome.
