I get repeated calls from this number - sometimes just a few minutes apart, including late at night and on Sundays. When I answer (which isn't always, once I see who is calling) there is a long silence and no response from this unknown caller. I am on the DO NOT CALL list. I cannot afford to ignore my telephone calls because my husband is deployed to Iraq for a year and he calls me on an unpredictable basis from numbers I do not recognize. Consequently, I come running every time the phone rings, nearly breaking my neck in the process at times, but lately most calls have been from the harassing Outreach Associates of the 412 area code.
