Caller: "We're your LOCAL Nationwide agent here in (Medina) MEE-DEE-NA and we..." <I interrupt>
Me: "REALLY???? Local here in (Medina) MEE-DEE-NA?"
Caller: "Yes sir!... and we can have someone out to...." <I interrupt again>"
Me: "seriously... you're local?"
Caller: "Yes sir... I told you we were"
Me: "Well then please explain to me HOW if you're LOCAL.... you DON'T KNOW HOW TO PRONOUNCE THE CITY'S NAME?????" LMAO!!!!!!

Got a call from 412-793-3344 from State Farm calling me by my name and saying she was just checking back with me, (I've never called State Farm) and she wanted to come and give me a quote. She asked for my address. I said if you had already talked to me, as you said, then you'd have my address. She fudged around a bit, and said she was confused.
She's wrong. She was an idiot.
Caller said they were Amber from Brooke Financial and wanted to speak to the head of HR about our renewal quote on workmans comp. Googled the number, said "Ok, no one seems to be available. You said you were Amber from Clear Data, and you were calling about a renewal quote on our workmans comp?" "Yes, but I can just call back. Thank you."
