I keep getting a call from crs. He never leave his name nor does he use my name either. Just return call. I called the number back and no one answered and didn't even say crs.
If you're feeling litigious you'll have to work smarter than that. A verbal demand for validation doesn't count. Per FDCPA 1692g(b) it must be written. The letter is best sent on paper via USPS Certified with return card. You also don't need the laundry list of things you want. The agency can read the same rules, and if they can't obey them they can explain why to a judge.
The rep lied to you about sending that validation elsewhere. No agency volunteers that. At most it was a dunning letter, and you could argue that your 30 day reply window has not started until you get one in your hands.

They keep calling my cell phone asking for "David" - sorry no David here, dont have any in the family either! I keep telling them wrong phone #, but it doesnt matter. As soon as I tell them they have the wrong #, they hang up and call back again and again. They literally do not give you a minute to tell them to stop calling! I have had this cell phone # for 8 years too, so not like its a new phone #. I just wish David would pay his bills!

Left a phone# 866-637-7739 on my voicemail, when called, identifies as Dynamic Recovery Solutions, kept me on hold for 8 minutes, so I hung up. Thanks all for previous comments!
