They just called us, 10/14/08 at 8:37 p.m. and hung-up on me. It is so rude of them to do that. Isn't there a time that they can't call any later than? I thought a person could not receive calls from telemarketers, etc. after a certain time.
CALLED TODAY ASK TO MANY PERSONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT ACCOUNT AND IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THEY COULD DO TO MAKE MY ACCOUNT BETTER TOLD THEM NO!!!!! WAS THIS CALL REALLY FROM MY PNC BANK??????
Got this call today. I work in the telephone survey industry. If it was a legitimate call they would never ask for any identifing information. If PNC hired someone to call you for customer satisfaction they would not want some random company to have their information. Nor would they risk such a major blunder. As I've said before this can not be PNC. Plus if they where a legitimate company doing tele-surveys the number would be listed as something else then pnc.
yes annoying!!! but after looking here I called back and the guy was nice! But why can't people just leave messages...because my thought is if you can't leave a message then it's not worth my time to call back!!! thanks for the help!!
I called the number back and a man named John Shepherd answered the phone. He said "I can tell from your number that it was our outside sales...we just wanted to see if you might be interested in any services we offer since our rates are low right now such as a line of credit, personal loan.." and that is where I cut him off and said no thank you I'm not interested..he tried to keep talking and I said thank you good-bye and hung up on him. Although, it does come up as PNC Bank on my caller ID. My call was at 9:59 AM.
