Who called from 4129270440

Did not leave a message, and this call came as the fifth anonymous call I received inside of ten minutes, something which I have never experienced before.

I Don't answer unknown numbers. Left no message. ID shows McKeesport, PA

Called at 5:44 PM Did not pick up phone to answer. PITA. Left no message.

They kept asking me if I was there. When I said yes hello. They hung up.

Caller said "hello? hello?",  sounded very much like other "hello" calls under various numbers, same voice, left no other message.
