Left a voicemail stating something about lowering my credit card rate and would expire if I did not call them back quickly. Definitely a telemarketer and scam. First part of recording was missing on voicemail so don't know if they stated a name.
Called me today at 1:35 pm but were stopped by my blocking service, which means that they are nobody I want to talk to. Either a DNC-violating telemarketer, or an out and out crook.

Recorded message regarding my "current credit card account". Don't know what else they had to say. Hung up and blocked number. No doubt, some scumbag outfit.
