Received a a call from this number but did not answer it because I did not know it.

did not leave message, calls every day, annoying --- currently on the "do not call list"  who is this?

This call was a guy calling to survey recent graduates of QCC

I was that guy!

This phone number is just calling on behalf of several community colleges who must survey their graduating classes around eight months after graduation.

Mostly we've been calling with regard to Quinsigamond and Holyoke Community Colleges.  

The survey has to do with assuring that the college can continue to provide Perkins loans to its students, and the reason we’re persistent is that each college needs to survey a high percentage of its students in order to continue to qualify for continuing the loans. That is the simple reason you’re being called. Sorry to keep calling; we’re just trying to fulfill our quota of surveys!

PMA is the name of our firm.

Called about insurance. Stated he was from a local insurance provider. Not likely as I don't live in the 413 area code. Got my name and number from a local Chamber of Commerce that I don't even belong to.
