Automated female voice stating it is the IRS with Final Notice. I ignored all 3 calls I received today at varying times knowing it was a scam. Then I called back...guy (in Indian/Pakistani voice) tells me to verify my name for security purposes. I told him he already had my name because he was calling my number. Then I told him I knew it was a scam and he got upset and said "muddah F#@ker, F#@k you!" and hung the phone up on me. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Don't fall for this scam. The IRS will NEVER EVER contact you in this manner. It would be through official written correspondence.
I just a call from this phone number. They said that I owed them 9,000 dollars and it had to be paid today. I'm glad that this was here to let me know that it was a scam.
