Who called from 4132856146

Call from 413-285-6146 telling me if a family member had an accident and he/she gave my number because I could help,
then he ask me if I had any family brother, sister - I insist in the location and he told me Springfield, MA

It was a male hispanic voice - I receive the call to my celphone and the call was received 1-16-2015 at 11:50am

looked where the call provider and it shows Cornerstone Telephone Company, Llc - Ma

This is happening in the NE and also in Florida for some reason.  Report it to the police.  Demand that they take notice.  They can notify the public.

I reported to the FCC

They call and say they had my dad with a gun is head and to put 800 dóllar in MoneyGram
