9:16AM call; Can't anybody get any rest in their OWN HOME anymore???  This is the "Free Cruise" Scam or a variation on it.  Uses ROBOTIC Caller/Voice Recognition software.  VERY DANGEROUS Scam. Attempts to RECORD your voice saying 'Yes' to a simple question like "Can You Hear Me?" and then INSERTS that recording into another one making it look like you agreed to pay for something. They don't even need your financial info for this; they simply add the charges - whatever they want - to your PHONE BILL. Can cost victims HUNDREDS, if not THOUSANDS of bogus charges - plus the time & expense to dispute it. SAY NOTHING and HANG UP!   BLOCK if you can.
