I keep getting calles fom this number as well. They do leave a message - it's a recording looking for someone I have never heard of. Says press one if it is the person, press two if you are not. Even though it was a recording, I pressed two and got connected to someone. I told her I'm not the person and have no idea who it is. She was very friendly and said she'd take my number off of the list. No idea what it was about, I'm assuming collections?
