Same as all above - calls 2-3 times a day, id not available and only rings 4 times.  Will block.

I get calls from my own 413 area code all the time.  A lot of times it seems like the last few digits are different, so when I use call block they change up and get through again. Don't know who it is.  Rings 3-4 times then they hang up.  I don't answer, just go to call block.

# called again.  You are correct about the digits being a just a bit different.   Most of the time, just the area code and the last digit.  Sometimes just the last digit.  I'm also in the 413.  The close to my # calls most of the time have a 339 area code.

Claimed to be a survey about solar energy. Actually started with a pitch to install solar panels and receive $$ back to reduce my electric bill.

Actually started conversation by asking "has anybody called you or knocked your door regarding solar energy?"
