solicitor keeps calling after they have been told that I am NOT interested....persistent and PESKY

No message left. On caller ID several consecutive days.

Solicitor have asked not to call, but continually call my cell phone.

caller is a time share solicitor! Have requested to be removed still getting calls..

they keep calling saying that someone entered a drawing asked where this drawing was and they couldn't answer.  No one in my house entered a drawing.  When I ask to have my number removed they hang up.  They are VERY VERY RUDE!!!!  They are the ones calling me at dinner time and I'm not supposed to be mad.
