Called at 8:58 PM. "Ned" identified himself as from D&D and was making a courtesy call, and would I accept a courtesy call. He started talking, I put the phone down and let him talk to the table. I've no idea how much of his time he wasted...
D&D has been calling me illegally for years, I am on the do not call list. They will not remove your name from their list. I sued them in small claims court for calling twice within 12 months, won $1,000 plus costs (they paid me). The statute says you can win up to $5,000.
They still call and I will be suing them again. Awful people, don't do business with them, and sue them and win some $! Owners name is Nicholas Doup, 12 Katie Lane in Palmer, (413) 289-9251 -- give him a call and see how he likes it!
I have just left this company for many reasons I'm glad to see someone get over on this guy there is no company in Framingham like he claims he pays his workers in cash to avoid taxes his vehicles are not Inspected and he asks all sweeps to do un moral things I could not lie to customers so I made the choice to leave this guy is total scum way to go I hope many more people do that to him thank you you have made my day
I am in process of suing D and D masonry for installing a flue liner that is incorrectly sized.
The liner is so small that it has made my chimney inoperable to use my wood stove that I
was using before and was present when D and D sized the liner that was installed.
I would like to contact the former employee that quite because of moral issues. I might
need their in court.
