This is a legitimate organization to which I have donated goods in the past.

The BBBS would probably get more donations if they STOPPED HARASSING people with phone calls!!!  I can tell you I will NEVER make a contribution to this organization.  I've now told them to STOP calling me, take my number off their list.  I will report them to the state of CT the next time they call.  Their number is:  413-785-5737 located in Western Mass.

Repeatingly getting unwanted calls. Person just hangs up when I answer.

I got a call from these people twice. The caller ID appears as "Hartsprings Foundation".
The first time they called, a woman answered, then hung up. They called back again the next day, and I didn't answer it, but they were persistent. The phone continued to ring during the same call for about 2 to 3 minutes non-stop. I finally decided to answer it, and when I did, the line went silent. No dial tone. They were still on the line, but nobody was speaking.
