414-000-0000 typically is Froedtert Hospital (at least for me in the Milwaukee, WI area).  Both my wife and I work there, so whenever we call each other or the house this is the number that shows up on caller ID.

we got a call from them too... but i dont know why Froedtert Hospital would be calling my house... haha

I confirm. There was an ex-employee who worked for Frodert. Whenever they called me it will show as 414-000-0000. Yes, this is in the Milwaukee area.
