This is as the first message states, the Milwaukee collection agency of Rausch, Sturm, Israel and Hornik. Do call them back. They are very polite and willing to assist you. In my case the bill is related to an unprocessed medical payment. They also had the wrong address for me, so if they had sent me a bill, I would never have received it. By calling them back, I was able to deal with the issue and get the payment back into the processing system so the issue can be resolved. Some billing problems are often the result of human error.
Blind automatic computer phone calls - aren't they illegal? How many times must they call before they get the message I'm not calling them back?! They continue to call my parent's house too and I had one look me up on the county taxpapers, find my parent's name, connect that I live next to them and they own the home and land and why I couldn't ask them to SELL their place to pay my bill....$200 from BP...the bill was up to $490 because of a late fee and overdraft they were "working with me on"...hmmmm...Like my parent's are going to sell their home of 30+years to pay my $200 bill.......think people!....Oil spill?...Don't even get me started!
