Just got a call from 414-332-8767, but did not get to the phone one time. No message and the caller ID said Milwaukee. Tried to call it back it was disconnected. How does that work?

2nd call today: first from 933-184-3741. Both computer scams trying to get you to buy into their Microsoft computer issues. Identify thief's ....trying to gain access to your computer by remote access permission. More failure of the phone companies to be able to have you block unwanted calls.. Out of Area scum..
Just received call from 414-332-8767 which showed Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Caller ID.
Man with very thick Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft securities was calling to
help me "fix" my computer. Told me to go from Start on lower left and then to type "RUN."
When I asked him if he was calling me from India and how he got my number, he said
"No, that he was calling from New York City" and hung up on me....
