Who called from 4143754644

I've had this number appear intermittently.  It even rings on Sundays at irregular times.  I had a period of about a month where I received no calls from it, but now it's back again.  No message is ever left.  It's as if they listen to the answering machine and hang up afterward.

It is not the first time we had a call from 414-375-4644.  It rings several times but no one there when we answer it.
