Also got a call and they left no message

Just received a call from this number. Did not answer, no message left. Area code is allegedly out of Wisconsin (if not a spoofed number). No idea why I would be getting a call from there - most likely telemarketing / garbage calls.

Got a phone call. Picked up - recorded message about the warranty on my car expiring and this being the last call.

After not answering the call (I am at work at a large medical center), I called the number back and a recording answered, asking if I wanted to be placed on do-not-call list for that number, press 1, etc.

Got a call.  Didn't answer.  They left a jiberish voicemail of distortion.
