All I get is "Wisconsin Call". I have been trying to "talk" to someone there since they find in necessary to call me at 2:30 in the morning and then call 9 or 10 times a day. Never leaves a message, just lets phone ring a couple times then nothing.
These are incoming calls from Skype (skype.com) VoIP users. Tested calling my own Vonage line with Skype, and this was the number reported on my caller ID box. LLM Services is probably Skype's downlink handler for the Milwaukee area.
