i got this same message from a female recorded voice saying I have an urgent message. If I want to speak to a live agent, I'm supposed to press 1 right away, or else I can call an 800 number (or maybe it's an 877 number), but before I even have a chance to grab a pencil and write it down, the number is done and the caller has finished. Pressing 1 at that point does nothing. I'm assuming it's a collections agency, since the caller ID says "Professional Ac," but it could be a telemarketer even though I'm on the Do Not Call list. I've gotten this call before and no doubt I'll get it again. [sigh]
Calls come in during the afternoon. The message (recorded voice) states that the caller has an important message and that we need to call a 877 number. Have this call several times now. Have not called the 877 number.
I get these calls from a computer voice calling me at least once a day . I have tried to call the number it says to call because they always say they have an important message to say. When I try nothing happens. I can't even tell them to stop calling me. They call even before 9:00 A.M. and ever after 8:00 P.M. at night. It is annoying.

I keep getting these calls and the recording tells me to press one. I do and nothing happens. I won't call back! I don't have any outstanding bills so I know it isn't for me. I want to get them to stop calling or at least get them to make their phone system work!!
I kept getting these calls as well. I didn't try to call the number since I figured it was some type of scam. Anyone who only leaves a toll free number to call & not say whom or what it is in regards to doesn't deserve to be called back. I did submit their number to the national do-not-call complaint website & since I've not received another call from them.
