HOW does this call come in through my speaker phone?????  I didn't recognize the number, didn't answer and, voila` the phone begins to talk.

A message (about making lots of $$) starts and goes to the end and then disconnects.  THAT cannot be legal to do that!!!

If you get one of these, call the FTC, hit '450' at each prompt so you get a live person and tell them what's going on here!
