Got a call from 414-930-5739 saying I had to pay $4,000 and then the story changed to $6,000 and wanted a minimum payment of $500 to cancel a warrant for my arrest. Claimed that I would be arrested by Homeland Security for violations against the Constitution because I somehow tried to cheat on my taxes. Very disturbing since I did Turbo Tax myself for the first time and thought I made a mistake or something.... but when they asked me to go to Walgreens to wire money I figured it had to be a scam.
They called threatened we would go to Jail if didn't pay over phone. Said we owe $3800 but if we didn't pay today we would be arrested and owe $75000!!!!! Ha! We always get refund!
I got a call today saying i had a warrant on three criminal charges because i owed couple thousand dollars wanted money. Well im already in a work release program about to go home so if that the case i wouldve already known plus they been taking our taxes every year to pay what we owe SCAM!
