Got a call from 414-930-5739 saying I had to pay $4,000 and then the story changed to $6,000 and wanted a minimum payment of $500 to cancel a warrant for my arrest. Claimed that I would be arrested by Homeland Security for violations against the Constitution because I somehow tried to cheat on my taxes. Very disturbing since I did Turbo Tax myself for the first time and thought I made a mistake or something.... but when they asked me to go to Walgreens to wire money I figured it had to be a scam.
This is about the fifth IRS scam I have had calling within the past month or so. All from different parts of the US. I have my taxes taken at source. This year I got a $6000 rebate! If I owed taxes, why'd I get a goblin great rebate, same as every other year ! Stupid people!!!!
