This number called my cell phone, it rang twice & they hung up. The caller ID said, "San Francisco/North Bay Area. I called it back & a recording said, "Welcome to Verizon Wireless (my provider). Your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the number & try your call again."
Got a call from this number as I was driving. My car allows me to answer via steering wheel control, so I did. I said hello twice and there was no response, just dead silence. I hung up.
