I don't personally know the address of your HOMELAND SECURITIES DEPARTMENT, But I would forward this telephone harassment phone calls to them also. Along with your local police departments in these two states.
Sometimes the award for a warranted criminal might be pennies in your pocketbook. Nevertheless, in the event that this person, people, places or things, do not meet homeland securities requirements there could be serious charges for non-compliance, telephone harassment, extortion, etc.

This Collection Agency has more different telephone numbers than all of the stars in the Universe.
Everytime they call, it's a different "City and State" on the caller id.
They have been calling since October of last year, and so far I have counted 44 different telephone numbers from them.
They're after my son who happens to have the same first, middle and last name.
My son ran up huge credit card debt on many different credit card accounts prior to joining the Air Force in July of last year, so Mom and Dad (ages 65 & 67 & retired fixed income) are having to deal with HIS credit card and girl friend problems.
I'll have my day in court and let the Judge know that I'm NOT person responsible for the debt. My son is.
That way, FNCB will have to start the (suing) process all over again (perhaps) when my son is scheduled to be discharged in July 2014.
By then, I probably won't be living at this same address.
I called First National Collection Bureau, Inc. at 800-824-6191 and asked them to remove my number from their list since the person they where looking for was not at this number. They person that answer the call told me they will remove the phone and it could take up to 48 hours to be removed from the auto caller. We'll see if it works.
