Who called from 4152349628

Seems like recorded female's voice.  They claim they are from internal revenue services and the matter at hand is extremely time sensitive. I did not pick up the phone but looked up the number on google.

Received 2 calls today. Left computer generated voice message from Julie Smith from IRS hahaha saying to contact them or have legal counsel contact them immediately or further action would be taken. She finished the message by saying take care! LOL not very professional. When I called back it was a generic voice message also computer generated saying the mailbox was full.  This is obviously a scam and not the IRS as we have received no correspondence or certified letters from the IRS indicating there are any issues.

I received the same telephone call yesterday as well as this morning from 415-234-9628 claiming to be from the IRS.  I called them back yesterday to hear the pitch.  I owed $6K in back taxes, I would be arrested, my passport and California Drivers License would be seized.  I spoke with a male with a South Asian accent.  I told him that he was perpetrating fraud I would report it.  I did send in an account of yesterday's incident as well as the call I received this morning purporting to be from the IRS.  The email address to report this phishing fraud is:  [email protected]
There should be a way for the U.S. government to shut this down.  An immigrant or elderly person could easily be hurt by this.

For the casual reader: How can a persons drivers license & passport be revoked without due process? It can't. Unless you're an International man of mystery who'll flee the country. . . No court? no judge? no judgement? you get the idea.
