Received same all today. Very computerized no human touch at all. Didn't call but wanted to add that they called using the Julie Smith name and IRS times sensitive with the 415-234-9628.
DONOT PANIC TO THIS CALL. DONOT give any information. SCAM CALL. IRS DONOT CALL PHONE. They will scare u telling that they will areest u in one hour. IRS done not do that. They will give u 911 redirected calls. Don't panic like I did. They will ask credit or debit check from local grocery shops. IRS does not do that. Stay calm and ask them to shut up and get lost. Indian guy or Pakistani calls (u can tell by the accent). So, DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION OR MONEY. Stay smart and safe.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
