Just came home to 2 phone calls from this number, message left was about IRS taking legal action if I did not call back. Looking at all the post, I am reassured it is a scam.
I received two of these phone calls today. I knew it was fake because the IRS does not phone taxpayers. Hopefully nobody will fall for this.......too bad these people aren't arrested!!!
Got a recorded message saying she is from the IRS, very similar to messages posted above...is there any way we can put an end to this nonsense? do not call registry does not seem to prevent these calls.
