I keep getting phone calls of a man named Derek Thompson stating that I need myself or my attorney to give a call asap. I do not know how they have my information and they have been calling my job and cell. I will report this with my police dept and see if they can help to try to put a stop to this.
I also am getting phone calls on my cell from this number. It's the only phone I have at the moment. It states that myself or my attorney to call immediately and then they give the phone number of 760-514-0147 and the name is Paul Anderson. Four times in less than an hour. I call the other number and it is not a working number. I called the 415 number back and they asked for the phone number that the call came thru on. I have it to them. They had no record but then said, now give me the right phone number they called me on. It is the right number. I have no idea who they are for when they answer they just say may I help you. No company, etc. I am going to report this to the police department in the 415 area code that corresponds with the city. This is enough!!
i have also recieved a call from this number saying they will be suing me for fraud becuase i took out a loan and never paid it back yet when i called the loanh company it said all loans where paid ... did u ever use a payday loan ? i think this is some kind of scam
i got a call from this # and when i asked to speak w/ a supervisor the man wdidn't want me to, then he put me on hold , and tried to change his voice to sound like he was the supervisor, i then asked for a number to call back on, and he wouldn't give one, he told me i owed 945. for a loan of 400.00 that i got back in june of 2009, ( which i never got). he told me if i didn't pay thisi was going to have togo to court, so i told him ,to gve me the infomation of the place that so says they gave me this loan, but he couldn't. so after we got disconnected, i called back blocked and they answered as a different company, if they call me again, i'm gonna get real stupid with they [***]. this is the second time i've gotten a call from a plce like this last one was about 3 weeks ago from a 954 area code. just watch out for these people/
i got a similiar call on the 10th from a mr. charles hall saying i owed 1245.77 for fees of a payday loan then i asked what pd loan and he said instancashusa his accent was indian or something then i said i cant pay that amount and he dropped it to 1045.77 he also wants me to fax him a letter notorized mind you saying i will pay with a card the card number and a copy of my liscense and a disclaimer saying i will not dispute the charge when it goes thru the thing is i did apply with that pay day co but i was not approved i think they just got the info from the website i got all my bank statements going back to jan of 2009 and there is no deposit from a pay day co. he stated the loan was from aug 2009, im going to fax him and let him know that he better send me a fax or email with the original debtor see what this moron says. polo
