You got a card in the mail from the IRS saying that you are in debt?  Why would the IRS worry if you were in debt?

Obviously another shill with poor command of the King's English making a feeble attempt to legitimize this scam.

Called- did not leave a voicemail, but I received a text detailing my owed money to the IRS (because we all know the government likes to communicate via text message).
I have bought enough food and supplies to last five years in my underground bunker.
They'll never catch me.

Automated call from a Swiss IRS agent telling me not to ignore them. Then the second automated call came from a San Francisco prefix, also claiming to be the IRS
