I have had the same problem but the guy said his name was John Marshall, John Martin, Deputy L. Potter, and many other names. He called form (727)245-1959 and from (818)662-7269 and has been harassing me at my job because I had my cell number changed. He keeps saying that I'm going to jail for a week, then 6 weeks, and now 6 months. He even changed his number to my jobs number to try and scare me but the sad part about it is I was at work at the time and we only have one line. At the time of his call I was making a call of my own. He kept saying that charges were against me a case was drawn against me in the state where I live but was on hold unless I pay back $465 or $495. I don't exactly remember the cost but I know that he called my job on Thursday and left some numbers. I know now that it's a scam but i wish the calls would stop before his rude language gets me fired.
I got a call on july 3rd they guy told me a had a lawsuit against me i then askd him for what he wouldnt tell me he told me i had to talk to another lawyer I didn't call him but the guy calls back like five more times and I had my boyfriend answer the phone and it was a american he told him tht I had three warrents out for my arrest thts when I goggled the number n fount out it was a scam somebody need to stop this
Some one keep calling my phone saying it is a law suit and know my email address and social security number. They are very rude how who can i REEPORT THIS NUMBER TOO ? SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ASAP
This phone number called me for my grandmas and said that she had a couple of warrants and that she would be arrested in a couple hours....So he called back like 20 times so I tld him that I'm calling the police and telling the FBI that I was being harrated.And I have the iPhone 5 and it tells you where this person is calling from and it said (SAN FRANSISCO, north Bay Area ) and I was like ok this just got real I tried calling back but I just hear beeping someone help I don't know what to do.
