I received a text message from [email protected] stating to call People's United Bank at 1-415-240-4109, I called the senders number and he said he is receiveding 100's of calls it is a SCAM!
Same as everyone else.
I just made a large purchase online and thought it might have been fraud prevention, but I have never had them text me so I checked online first. Seems like a scam.
Got the same text. Figured it was phishing but wanted to call to see what's up (I do not have an active JP Morgan Chase card these days, ironically). When you press "1" after the recorded voice intro, it jumps right to asking you to enter your 16 digit card number. Yeah... right.
