It is WAP via GSM. in fact it's like a dial up internet for mobiles. It means your phone comes from the CINGULAR network, with the number 1-415-244-1012 preset for the WAP via GSM. if you are not a CINGULAR subscriber and you have a phone that makes you problems like this, I strongly suggest that you take your phone to a cell phone service, or even better change your phone.
you can chech also this forum, as a logical proof that i tell thhe truth:
I was charging up my phone. When I took it off the charger this number was on it as a dialed number at 2:44:57 pm. on March 24th, 2008. I had no idea whom this number belonged to. So I tried calling it and got a piercing sound like it was a fax machine. What is this?. I tried looking it up using reverse number lookup. All I found out was that it is a CELL PHONE Based in San Francisco and the Service provider is Blue Licenses Holding, Llc**. That's all it showed.
That number is your ISP phone #. It is the number that your cingular/att phone uses to connect to the internet. Sometimes if it can not connect it will show as "dialing 415-244-1012. that is why you hear that piercing sound.

So tell your girlfriend that you are not having an affair, unless a modem is your kind of hot date lol.
There is new twist with this number my son's phone began ringing at about 10:45pm he was asleep so I looked at the phone and answered it the person asked for my son I asked a few questions of the person and told him to not call his number again. The interesting part is that when I look at the call log it shows as being an outbound call not an inbound call!!!
