You can't stop the calls from being initiated. The calls are coming from India or Pakistan. You can, however, protect yourself iwth a call blocker. Also do not pick up on calls you do not recognize.

They called me three times. Left voice mail telling me that I'm under some kind of investigation. Once I picked up after first ring, in return still same voice mail.
