I've received several voicemails claiming I owe state taxes between 2005 through 2012 and can resolve immediately or wait until Monday when the sherifff's department comes to arrest me.
When asking for their address, they provided me with the federal irs building in San Francisco 450golden gate bridge, San Fran, CA 94102.
I received a call from 415-251-6162 saying I own $6,798 tax and will have police come in tomorrow between 10-12 noon to arrest me. I need an attorney present ....e tc. I call IRS waited for 40 mins and verified that I didn't owe any tax!
Never had a scam that is so aggresive.

I got 3 calls from Frank Martin at 415-251-6162, the tax litigation department. Heavy Indian accent, can barely understand what was being said. After listening to it for 3 times, it's pretty much what Florida posted above. I received the call between 7:30AM and 8:00AM EST, if he was in California, that would make it 4:30AM there.
