I got a call from this number early this morning. When I played the message, I couldn't even understand what he was saying. He has a very heavy accent , and he sounded like an Indian. After listening to the message about 5 or 6 times, I was able to pick up some words and phrases. Basically, he said that he was calling from the IRS and I had to call him right away before they take any actions. How can these people do this on a daily basis? It's so annoying! BE CAREFUL! THIS IS A SCAM.
I got two messages from this Asian guy with terrrible accent and can't even hear what he is saying, saying that he's from the IRS office and its important to call back. When I did call back today, he's saying this is David... What ? aren't you the IRS. Shame.. plus US government would not hire someone who speaks terrible English and you can't understand what you are saying. I say this and I'm Asian so finally could understand what he's saying. Do not answer!
He called me today and yelled at me said he wants to talk to my lawyer, I said you have no right to yell at me. He said he has all the right because he is from IRS. He said just wait to go to court. He also said my driver's license are suspended because I am not respectful. He said your Asians are never understand (even he has India kind of accent).
