The phone rang at approximately 11:45 a.m. Mon. Dec. 14/09. When I answered it after a couple of rings - no one responded. I said 'Hello' a few more times, and nothing; then I was disconnected after a several seconds of silence. There was no indication in the caller ID of whose name/company the phone was listed under.
I only waited to see if someone picked up - whether a wrong number or a solicitor. And if it had been a solicitor, I would have asked them to put me on the 'Do Not Call' list.
they called me and i gave them my sin number and iv recieved emails from solo mobile that look pretty legit...they said there from bell solo. i talk to bell canada and they have no promotion going around about getting a phone. so i contacted the credit bureas and red flagged my name just incase... did yu find out if they really are scamming ppl or if they are legit... my phone is suposed to be here by friday... ill know by then
