I am a Comcast customer so I contacted the corporate offices of Comcast via their "Leave Comments for Tom Karinshak" web page (http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/vp-contact-form) and explained that this number was calling me repeatedly and not leaving messages. On the one occasion I did answer it and talk to a a live person, he said he was "a third-party company affiliated with Comcast" but he put me on hold and then the call disconnected. After I submitted this information on the Comcast web page, a nice woman from their offices telephoned me and said they were looking into it. She called me back two days later and said that yes, this was indeed a third-party re-seller associated with Comcast and that the Comcast Marketing people were going to take some sort of disciplinary action with this vendor. I hope it works!
