got the call today. always sounds bogus (and usually is) when they dont leave a company or purpose. I like to call them back at odd hours and leave a similar message e.g. "Jack here returning your call from earlier today - love to catch up - call me" I dont do this from my mobile but rather a corporate number so harder to recall or they work hard to figure it out.
Called today - wanted voice mail for my boss - no message. Acted irritated when I asked for company name. Who told these people that being rude and acting pompous will get them through to the boss?
Greg Klein told my assistant that he knew me and that I was expecting his call. He was rude when questioned. Does that approach really work to get sales?
