I received a call from this number. No message left. I returned the call and it is the San Francisco police officers association. ???? The rep at the phone number told me they are exempt from the do not call list. I asked her what they ate fund raising for and she informed me "the sf police officers association." They have their own list that you can place your name on if you do not want to be called. I received a call the other night from this number. When I didn't answer, someone called me from their private number 415-587-0912 which i answered, and it was the same sales call.
a man identified himself as Gary Lee and stated he called regarding "civic matter" from the county. Since the person he asked was not available, he gave the number to call back. His voice is suspicious!
Not to worry people this call should not be calling anyone. The SFPOA doesn't call nor solicate. If you do receive a call please contact the SFPOA via send emails or call. I got a voicemail from a man identifying himself as Lee Gary asking me to return his call at 415-587-0912. His voicemail said that he wanted to discuss some consulting work that he had for me. I returned his call at 4am so that I'd get his voicemail. The message on the machine says "You've reached the Ticket Office ... Thanks for calling TBS." This is obviously some kind of scam. Watch out.
