I was very close to getting extorted for $4000 by Jose Solis. He tried to obtain a rental deposit for a unit he apparently owned during the showing without a credit application/etc. His email is: [email protected] and cell phone is: 415­-279-­6725.

I believe he works for Splunk in San Francisco as an engineer (http://jose.chilediseno.com/). Beware of his scamming attempt when showing rental properties. Renter beware!

Same thing happened to me for a place in San Francisco! The address is 16 Jessie Street, #109, San Francisco, 94015. Hope this saves people from his scamming ways.
